At The Show Trunk II customer service is the number one priority.
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on any regular priced merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date. The items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Items purchased online may be exchanged via mail, in-store, or ringside in our mobile unit.
All clearance/sale items are a final sale and not eligible as a return or exchange.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping exchanged items via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
